🌱 Your Mission

You will be part of the digital & technologies group team.  Working with all countries and helping them to use our group tools on Quality and communication. You will be working with the digital project manager to support countries on two main tools:

·       Qualtrics: Our tool used to launch satisfaction surveys for our employees and families

·       Sociabble: Our internal social network where all employees are connected

Main responsibilities:

• Answer everyday questions of our employees in all countries

• Help people to connect

• Create documentation to help countries to use our main tools properly

• Work on continuous improvements projects to use new functionalities of our tools

• Participate to team meetings

🤝 Your Profile

• Currently studying in digital / IT applications development and support (BTS SIO)

• Knowledge about digital project

• English and French speaker

• Team spirit and able to work in a team

• Rigorous
