Online and Offline Acquisition Manager BABILOU FAMILY

Role and missions:

Within the Marketing, Web and CRM department of the Babilou Family brand, composed of a Director and 3 Product owners (Web and CRM), we are looking for a manager of digital and offline levers to support the 6 major countries of the group: France, Germany, Luxembourg, Dubai, US and Singapore.

True Business Partner of the Marketing Directors of the countries, you contribute to the acquisition of 3 distinct targets: Families, Companies, Candidates according to the specificities of the countries.

You supply the sales and HR business teams in the countries with new customer and candidate leads in a BtoB or BtoC market.

The levers can be online or offline depending on their relevance.

Main responsibilities of the Online and Offline Acquisition Director:

Evangelization of the various CEOs and Marketing Directors on the importance of acquisition issues in a BtoC or BtoB market

- Organize quarterly workshops

- Establishment of clear KPIs to follow for each country

- Animation of marketing directors on the theme of acquisition
 

Inventory of practices in each country in terms of procurement

  • What objectives? What acquisition costs?

  • Identification of the ecosystem of agencies and or actions carried out internally

  • What levers? What results?

  • What KPIs monitored?

Definition of recommendations and concrete acquisition action plan on the 3 targets (in conjunction with country marketing directors)

  • Identify the relevant online (SEA, SEO, Social, Referrals, E-mailing, etc.) or offline acquisition levers by target (flyer, display, etc.) according to the highlights, culture and specific uses of the countries

  • Support marketing directors on the distribution of the acquisition budget between the different levers

  • Propose a team training plan, or the choice of expert profiles to be recruited and advise on the choice of agencies

  • Manage a website tracking mission

Coordinate all acquisition levers (in conjunction with country marketing directors)

  • Provide briefing and support local teams to negotiate the best deals with agencies

  • Ensure the smooth running of campaigns on each lever

Measure efficiency and optimize campaigns:

  • Identify and define KPIs to measure the performance of the different levers

  • Monitor and manage the ROI of campaigns, challenge the actions carried out

  • Monitoring the quality and transformation of leads

Ensuring Group reporting:

  • Consolidate the monitoring of KPIs at Group level

  • Harmonize dashboards at group level

You?
 

You are passionate about digital, you know how to adopt an ROI approach and a test & learn approach.

Higher education such as ESC or engineering school, you have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in digital acquisition in an international environment.

You are dynamic and positive, looking for a new challenge.

You are comfortable with numbers, have good analytical skills, and have a good grasp of Excel.

Strong expertise and knowledge in SEO, SEA, you like to explain your job to a population that is sometimes neophyte.

You master web tracking tools, Google analytics.

You are comfortable working transversally with different business departments and different countries.

You are bilingual in English and Spanish, German or any other language is a plus.

  • Mastery of web tracking tools and Google Analytics
