🌱 Your Mission

We are looking for a Finance Data Analyst who combines strong financial expertise with advanced data capabilities. You will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision‑making, and optimize business performance.

Operating at the crossroads of Finance, Data & operations, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and enhancing financial performance across our various locations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Business Performance Analysis

• Analyze financial and business challenges across our locations and our various business models, deliver advanced analyses based on

• Monitor category performance (revenue, costs, mix, elasticity) and provide recommendations to optimize our daily activities.

• Support budget, forecast, and P&L analysis with robust, data‑driven insights.

• Translate business needs into actionable analyses.

• Conduct elasticity analyses and identify opportunities to adjust value propositions

2. Reporting, BI & Data Visualization

• Build, automate, and maintain recurring dashboards for the different countries and functions (Operations, HR, …).

• Monitor key operational indicators

• Develop reliable BI solutions using SQL and modern BI tools (Qlik and our EPM Board).

3. Data Management & Process Optimization

• Understand and ability to extract, structure, and validate datasets coming from ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, and data warehouses.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting and analytical processes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance & Business data pipelines.

🤝 Profile

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL

• Solid experience with BI tools: Qlik is our tool.

• Advanced Excel (Power Query, PowerPivot, automation will be needed in this mission).

• Good understanding of data modeling and cloud environments.

• Experience with Python and data science projects is a strong plus.

• RPA knowledge is a plus (will be developed if not known)

Finance & Business Skills

• Strong foundations in financial analysis, performance monitoring, pricing, and margin analysis.

• Experience within childhood company would be a plus

• Ability to connect financial insights with business actions.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Experience

• 4 to 6+ years in Finance, Data Analysis, Consulting in an international context

• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.

• Location: France – Bois-Colombes

📍 Reporting Line: You will report hierarchically to the Group Business Controller within Group Finance team.
